Anthony Rester
Background
Anthony Rester is a top official as he is the SPK's second-in-command and its operations leader. He works closely with Near as the story progresses. Near refers to him as "Commander Rester" which may imply that Anthony has some type of military background and experience that he is bringing to the case.
